Why

Foam?

With Foam comes a lot of great benefits. The Dip stays moist and active for longer periods of time on the teat, allowing it to fully kill all bacteria. It’s important to pair foam with a brush. Just foam can form a bridge around the cracks on the teat. A brush forces the dip into the fissures of the skin guaranteeing full coverage.

The most efficient way to dip.

Mixing air with your dip expands the volume of it, allowing you to dip more cows. Foam sticks to the teat and has less chance of dripping off than liquid.

More contact time with dip.

Foam stays moist and active on the teat for longer periods of time. This allows the dip to have more time to kill bacteria and to better condition the teats.

Pump

The Pump is the heart of the system. It has an inlet and outlet on the bottom which are labeled. The inlet goes straight into your dip supply. The outlet goes to the twin line.

Regulators

There are regulators on either side, labeled with air and dip. These allow you to micro-tune your foam to be the exact consistency that you want it to be.
